Two-year period for all European furniture product against faulty materials or workmanship but not unfair wear or tear, lack of maintenance or due care.
Five-year period for our NZ based manufactured commercial Soft Seating product range guaranteed against faulty materials on frame, foam or workmanship but does not include unfair wear and tear or fabric.
Fabric Suppliers give their own warranty separately.
- Keep free from dust by using a damp cloth, occasionally use a suitable silicone free furniture polish.
- Wipe any liquid or alcohol off immediately using a blotting motion.
- Keep furniture away from heating and where possible out of direct sunlight.
