Chapman Commercial Interiors stock a wide range of imported product in our warehouse and can offer quick turn around on custom made and production runs.

 

Chapman Commercial Interiors offer a full-service scenario which includes in house design, upholstery and maintenance, free quotes, advice and onsite visits.

 

Through our local in-house upholstery and workshop services, Chapman Commercial Interiors can take on large-scale upholstery jobs and tailor each item to your specific needs.

 

 

Warranty 

One-year period for all Asian imported furniture product on frame against faulty materials or workmanship but not unfair wear or tear, lack of maintenance or due care.

 

Two-year period for all European furniture product on frame against faulty materials or workmanship but not unfair wear or tear, lack of maintenance or due care.

 

Five-year period for our NZ based manufactured commercial Soft Seating product range guaranteed against faulty materials on frame, foam or workmanship but does not include unfair wear and tear or fabric.

 

Fabric & Upholstery 

 

Fabric Suppliers give their own warranty separately if applicable,  and subject to their terms & conditions.

 

 

Care Instruction

Timber Table Tops

• Keep free from dust by using a damp cloth, occasionally use a suitable silicone free furniture polish or bees wax.
• Wipe any liquid or alcohol off immediately using a blotting motion.
• Keep furniture away from heating and where possible out of direct sunlight.

Fabric & Vinyl Upholstery

• Clean all furniture regularly using a damp cloth with clean warm water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals as will cause damage and breakdown of material.
• For general cleaning vacuum the fabric regularly using low suction. 
• Follow any label care instructions usually found underside of seats
